“Emily in Paris” Star Lily Collins Thinks Everyone Should Wear a Beret

Up-and-coming actress Lily Collins, who plays an American marketing director struggling for status at her new Parisienne workplace, says she adored “frenching” up for the role. Not only did her character on the show have fun fitting in with a new way of life, it also appears the real-life actress did as well. She became enamored by French style, from donning the famous French chapeau to carrying baguettes in tote bags to being the world biggest cowards and waving white flags in every world war.  “They’re just so cute,” the 31-year old actress continued, “it’s like an escape into another culture and it’s such fun. I think everybody should have to wear a beret”. 

You know who else thought everyone should have to wear a beret? Hitler! And that sure worked out for everybody involved.
