It’s Cuffing Season! This Woman Fell Head Over Heels for Gap Between Escalator Stair and Stationary Floor
Talk about missed connections, this holiday duo can't get over each other! Brenda Williams, 31, from Greenpoint, couldn't help but do a double take as she took the first step onto the moving stairs at the Grand Central and 42nd Street station. “When I looked, I was like ‘Okaaayy’,” commented Williams in an exclusive Telegraham interview, “But then at the last second I put my head down to catch another glimpse and whoop! Fell right on my ass, pumps over rump”.
Williams and The Gap decided to take things to the next level, rekindling their slip-up romance seconds later at the top of the escalator. “I simply can’t get over him,” gushed Williams, “I keep falling for him over and over again. He’s got my number.” While still in the early stages, the pair is looking forward to future meetups all over the Metro transit system. To paraphrase the great Natasha Bedingfield, “Today is where your book begins, the rest [of the escalator] is still unridden”.
While amorously scintillating, this is not the first love connection of the 2021 Fall season. Just last week, The Telegraham reported on a Jersey man who had gone topsy-turvy for an icy crosswalk.
Let’s see what people are saying about this:
